RETURN / REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATIONS

If you decide to cancel your order prior to shipping, please telephone us on +44 (0)20 8980 2591 or email us at sales@inceumbrellas.com

We will cancel your order immediately and issue a full refund of your payment. A confirmation of this cancellation will then be emailed to you. Unfortunately once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer available and the order falls under our return/ refund policy, detailed below.

Made to order

Any order which as has been customised, or branded, or made to order in any way is not subject to our cancellation policy. By placing the order you understand you are asking us to provide the ‘service’ of customising and personalising your umbrellas/goods. And therefore you are waiving your right to cancel once the order has been placed.

 

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase, for an exchange or refund. Returns that are received after 30 days will only be accepted at our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags. We cannot accept a returned product if its scratched, stained or damaged in any way, as a result of wear and tear, deliberate or accidental damage.

Made to order

Any order which has been customised, or branded, or made to order in any way is not covered by the returns policy. By placing the order you understand you are asking us to provide the ‘service’ of customising and personalising your umbrellas/goods. And therefore you are waiving your right to change your mind and return them. However please notify us within 7 days if the goods are faulty on delivery.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

**Due to the restrictions placed on us by Covid-19 we are working with reduced staff to enable social distancing and help keep us stay safe. Please allow more processing time of around 2-3 days for your order**

We have therefore suspended next day delivery as neither ourselves nor the Royal Mail can offer that service at the moment. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note that any cross border duties and taxes on international shipments are payable by the customer. They will be notified by their country's local service if any additional charges are due. These are beyond our control unfortunately.
